Matthew McGinley is a worship leader and songwriter with Ascent Project. He loves spending time in the presence of God and has a passion for seeing others be transformed by His presence.

In 2016 Matthew McGinley started Ascent Project with a group of friends and family. This small group of people simply started meeting to worship in houses and now has grown into a worship movement and church in Fort Collins, CO. Matthew lives in Fort Collins with his wife Micaela and newborn daughter Taya. He and his family love to worship together. Matthew and Micaela have a passion for leading worship and writing songs that stir up passion for Jesus and unify the people of God in authentic worship of Him.
