Donald Lawrence & The Co have been one of the most influential and popular gospel groups of the past 15 years. They have released Grammy nominated work, traveled around the world singing to the masses on some of the biggest stages in the world, like New York’s famed Apollo Theater, and have performed for the likes of Opera Winfrey and President Joe Biden.

After retiring the famous, Tri-City Singers, Donald Lawrence set out to establish himself as a solo artist. His first task was to assemble a small choir composed of his personal favorite singers from around the country. After putting together a group of 10 singers, Donald went into the studio and recorded his popular solo-debut album, I Speak Life. Donald and the Company would go onto record several more albums together including the Grammy nominated albums, The Law Of Confession, YRM, and Best For Last 20 yr Celebration. Lawrence also added a
talented band to his group, filled with young musical giants from the Chicago area, the team is known to put on one of the best shows in all of Gospel music.
