Julissa, originaria de Chicago y de desendencia puertorriqueña, es una dinámica líder de alabanza, autora y conferencista.

En sus 20 años de ministerio, Julissa ha escrito 2 libros y ha grabado 15 proyectos musicales realizando numerosas giras, adorando con audiencias en Estados Unidos, Europa y América Latina. Su música ha tocado miles de vidas y le ha traido múltiples nominaciones, incluyendo los Premios Dove, Billboard Latin Music Awards y Premios Arpa.

Julissa, actualmente reside en el estado de Texas, USA, junto a su esposo, Mike Rivera y sus tres hijos John Michael, Alyrah y Jayden.
Son miembros de Gateway Church, donde Julissa participa activamente como líder de alabanza.

In her 20 years of ministry Julissa has written 2 books, recorded 15 albums and has toured extensively, worshiping with audiences throughout the US, Europe, and Latin America. Her music has touched thousands of lives and has garnered her multiple nominations including the Dove Awards, Billboard Latin Music Awards, and Premios Arpa.

Julissa currently resides in Arlington, TX with her husband, Mike Rivera, and their three children, John Michael, Alyrah and Jayden. They are members of Gateway Church, where Julissa actively participates as a worship leader.
