Privacy Policy

    1. Information You Provide to Us. When you place an order, open an account, participate in a questionnaire or survey, participate in a competition, communicate with customer service or send Company an email, you provide Company with information that we collect. This information is sometimes hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information." Such Personal Information may include your name, address, phone number and purchase history and, when you send a gift to another person, including giving another person an account, the same information for such other person. When ordering products or services on the site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending upon the activity, some of the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.

    2. Other Information We Receive and Store. When you engage in certain activities on this site, we also receive information from you as a result of your visiting our site, including: sending Company emails including your IP address, your email address, your browser type and version, your operating system and platform, your purchase history, products you view, products you search for, length of visits to pages and other browser interaction information. This information refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual and is sometimes hereinafter referred to as "Non-Personally Identifiable Information". Non-Personally Identifiable information may be compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis.

    3. Digital Audio Stamp. With respect to any products or materials downloaded from our site, we reserve the right to embed a silent digital audio "stamp" in such products and materials (sometimes hereinafter referred to as the "DAS"). We may receive additional information from you as a result of the download and use of our products or materials. The DAS will be an inaudible digital signal which will allow Company and/or our licensees and/or assigns, to identify the user of our products and materials as well as details regarding the use of those products and materials. This information will help us prevent the unauthorized copying, distribution and/or use of our products and materials. The information we will receive may include your IP address as well as the IP address of any other authorized or unauthorized user of the products or materials, the email address and identity of any authorized or unauthorized user as well as other information which may include but not limited to the number of times a product or material is used. The information collected by us as a result of any DAS may be either Personal Information and/or Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

  1. Use and Disclosure of Information. Other than as set forth in paragraph 1 (C) above, we do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you: (1) register for our services and register your email address with us; (2) sign up for special offers from selected third parties; (3) send email messages, submit forms or transmit other information by telephone or letter; or (4) submit your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our site. We may also collect information from you at other points on our site that state that such information is being collected.

    In addition, we may also collect, or our third party ad server and/or content server may collect, certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information. This information is ultimately stored in the form of store categories, and, in some cases, specific URLs. We use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, software, to administer our site and to gather demographic information. Our third party ad servers will also provide us with summary, but not individual, reports that will tell us how many ads were presented and clicked upon at out site.

    We will primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information to provide our services to you, as required by our agreements with you. We will also use Personally Identifiable Information to enhance the operation of our site, fill orders, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze site use, improve our product and service offerings, and customize our site's content, layout, and services. We may use Personally Identifiable Information to deliver information to you and to contact you regarding administrative notices. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our agreements with you, including our Site Terms of Use, Sales Terms and Conditions, and this Private Policy.

    We may also disclose your Personal Information to third parties only as reasonably required to protect the rights and safety of us, our shareholders, members, employees and customers (such as to legal representatives and law enforcement) as you expressly permit and as required by law (such as the result of a court subpoena). We may transfer your Personal Information in the event of the sale of substantially all of the assets of our business to a third-party or in the event of a merger, consolidation or acquisition. However, in such event, any acquirer will be subject to the provisions of our commitments to you.

  2. Release of Information: We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others. We do provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, partners and other third parties. We and our service partners use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate our sites and to deliver their services. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products and services purchased on this site; release your address information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered; and provide order information to third parties that help us provide customer service.     We will encourage our service partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners, and is not subject to our control. Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

    We may also provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information about our customers' sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to third party advertisers, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

  3. Updating and Correcting Information: We believe you should have the ability to access and edit the Personally Identifiable Information that you have provided to us. You may change any of your Personally Identifiable Information in your account online at any time by linking to your account in accordance with instructions posted elsewhere on this site.     Please include your name, address, and/or email address when you contact us. We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on this site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.

  4. Notice to California Residents /The user's California Privacy Rights: California residents are entitled, on a once per year basis to request and obtain certain Personal Information regarding Company's disclosure, if any, of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2016 will receive information about 2015 sharing activities). As set forth in this Privacy Policy, Company comply with this law by offering Company's visitors the ability to tell Company not to share the user's personally identifiable information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Children Under Thirteen (13) Years Of Age: Company does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under thirteen (13) years of age unless the collection complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If the users are under thirteen (13) years of age, do not send any information about the user to Company! If Company does discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided Company with personal Information, Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that child's Personal Information from its system.

  6. Cookies: When you use our site we will store cookies on your computer in order to facilitate and customize your use of our site. A cookie is a small data text file, which a Web site stores on your computer's hard drive (if your Web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. Our cookies store randomly assigned user identification numbers, the country where you are located, and your first name to welcome you back to our site. The cookies make your use of the site easier, make the site run more smoothly and help us to maintain a secure site. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but some parts of our site may not work properly in that case.

    We may use an outside ad serving company to display banner advertisements on our site. As part of their service, they will place a separate cookie on your computer. We will not provide any third-party ad server with any of your Personally Identifiable Information or information about your purchases. We and our third party ad server will collect and use Non-Personally Identifiable Information about you, such as your IP address, browser type, the server your computer is logged onto, the area code and zip code associated with your server and whether you responded to a particular ad. Other advertisers may also place banner ads on our site in the same manner as above, but we will not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information to them.

Notification of Changes: Any changes in our Privacy Policy will be posted to this website and will become effective as of the date of posting with respect to Personal Information we then collect in the future, but will not be changed with respect to Personal Information that we have then already collected. Links: Please be aware that when the users are navigating our website or viewing an e-mail or other content provided by Company, the user may have the opportunity to click on links that take the user outside Company's service to other websites or online content that are beyond Company's control. For example, the user may encounter links to fan sites, webmaster program participant sites, or links from sponsors or partners, which may include Company's logo as part of a co-branding arrangement. If the user selects the link to such a third party, the selection of the link takes the user to a third party's website or online content. Company has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these websites and expressly disclaims all liability associated with the user's use of, and the content on, such other websites. Once the user have left the website by clicking on an external link or advertisement, the user should check the applicable third party's privacy policy to determine whether they will collect Personal Information from the user and how they will use it.

  10. Collection In And Transfer To The United States/Safe Harbor: This website is operated in the United States. If the user is located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information the user provides to Company will be collected in or transferred to the United States. By using our website, participating in any of our services and/or providing Company with the user's information, the user consents to this transfer.
